Step Two: Sign Up For Training
Training will be carried out in two three hour training sessions:
- Understanding Autism for Community & Voluntary Organisations
- Autism Friendly Towns (Mechanics of an Autism Friendly Town)

We will be delivering these trainings via two methods – in person on set dates or the Champion can stream the training live and participate virtually. The participation style training will allow the group to work on examples and ask environment specific questions for their own organisation.
Autism Friendly Waterford have committed to making the training ongoing so that organisations can always ensure that they have a trained Champion(s) on their staff.
